When will my order ship?

We try our best to ship all items within 48 hours after your order is placed (for orders placed before 2 pm Eastern Time). Orders received over the weekend will be processed and shipped within the next two business days. All orders are shipped via FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail. Sorry, no weekend delivery.

Exchanges & Returns

May I exchange or return an item?

You may return an item for any reason within 14 days of receiving your order. If you would like to exchange an item for a different item altogether, contact us at support@sldproducts.com

If for some reason you simply want to return something you have purchased from us, mail the item back to us and will refund your purchase in full to your credit card. Returns and exchanges should be mailed to:
